Please bring the following documents with you when registering a new student:

New Student Registration

Proof of Age

Canadian Birth Certificate, Birth Registration Card,
Canadian Citizenship Card, or Canadian Passport

Proof of Address

Utility Bill, Bank/Credit Card Statement with envelope mailed by Canada Post, Purchase Agreement, Formal Lease/Rental Agreement

Immunization Records

Yellow Card, record from elsewhere, Peel Health Exemption Form

Transfer Form
